Highlight features and changes:

We've migrated nopCommerce to .NET 9 (the latest available version of .NET platform). A lot of major features have been added to our PayPal Commerce integration. And our development efforts were focused on architecture improvements, source code refactoring, further enhancements and bug fixing.
